My holiday hv passed six days... full of joy, meaningful n memorable moments most of the time... the others r bored, unhappy, zombies moments...

what do joy, meaningful n memorable moments mean to Mandy???

1. no lectures = no tutorials = no assignments = no exam = no ratings = NO STRESS!!!
2. GaThErInG. my HMC 1st sem grp D gathering!!! (stated in earlier post...)
3. Jelly making process... the VOLCANO scene!!! (stated in earlier post too...)
4. 1st Potato Salad experiment in Ai Li's kitchen... SUCCESS!!! aDvEnTuRouS man!!! (stated in earlier post too...)
5. Fu-yoh! Milk drinking... 4 BIG cups of milk (2 liters) cure period pain... LOLZ... (stated in previous post still...)
6. Lost 2 kg!!! this is not stated in earlier post... lolz... ppl holiday gain on weight but... see... Mandy lose weight!!! She placed the weight scale in every corner of her house n measured after every heavy meal she hv!!! Still... she lost 2 kg... lolz... nothing wrong wit the scale yea!
7. got the HIGHEST marks for assignments... so far I was thought as the one who got the highest marks for my literature review when I was searching the whole stacks of assignments with Betsy n Ai Li... highest among 100 over students leh... lolz... for those who noes tat (if it's not the truth...)... pls let my dream stays longer... *chuckles* (my dream hv lasted for 10 days...)
8. ABLE to remember the POPIAH making process successfully... Mum made popiah today... the first one was spoiled but eatable...lolz... then I remembered how uncle spreads the sauce over the popiah skin so tat the all the ingredients r wrapped well using the "fragile" popiah skin... SUCCESS!!! yummy yummy...
9. KEEP n ORGANIZE my notes, my table... I realize tat I m pretty good in note takings (not taken during lectures. lecture times = Mandy's sleeping time :P) ... I found my highest Biopsych quiz paper...tat's my biggest achievements :-) thx Jason... I found my Jaluvman (my super hero for one assignment...u won't understand) ... thx Jason too... :P
10. BLOGGING here... speechless... :D

wat abt the unhappy ones?

1. Messages not being replied and terrible late replied.
2. Missed my beloved, my daddy (he is now working in Johor Bahru...) n my dear frens...
3. Wanted to watch movie this week but no one is available... nvm... Ai Li is goin wit me next week... :D
4. Can't find a stamp in my house...Heng Qi, I can't wait for the letter to b delivered to your hands now...urghhh!!!
5. No date. :-) I m still single...but my heart is stolen...
6. No extra allowance...coz i din go for part time work ...sendiri cari pasal...
7. Can't win a game...even the spider solitaire...dun laugh!!!

Overall, the happy moments r more than zombies moments... Like Betsy said, Happy Breathing!!!

finally, i manage to stop myself frm keep playing spider solitaire n start blogging...can u feel how bored m i?

erm...my semester break started since last Sun. one...two...three...four... Today is the 6th day of my holiday... gosh! wat i did all these days?

yea! i went for a gathering on Wed. it is my HMC (foundation) 1st semester group D gathering. thx Ai Li for "renting" her house...n her kitchen. lolz... guess what? my first potato salad experiment started in her kitchen...the result is...SUCCESS!!! ... phew...

oops...forgot to take a picture of my first potato salad...too bad... i still remember Boon Woei's comment on my potato salad..."IT'S EATABLE"... gosh!!! Ppl...it was not just eatable, it was really really nice!!!

believe it or not...i hv to thx Hui Ying for getting me a recipe online...thx Ai Li for peeling the potatoes...thx Kak Nancy n Adelia for helping me to make sure tat the potatoes r cooked...thx Hui Ying again for helping me to cut the potatoes into cubes...thx Wesley for being the first "white rat" in my experiment... lolz...no lar... whithout him my potato salad won't b tat tasty. coz he was the one who suggested how much mayo to be put into the potato salad. Ai Li, your brother hv talent in this. appreciate that.

eventually, as u can see frm the thank you list abv, the potato salad experiment was not done all by myself. still...i told everyone in the gathering including my family tat the potato salad was made by me...muka tembok!!! lolz...

okay...okay...be serious... Betsy, i hv to tell u this. the idea of coming out wit potato salad for the pot luck gathering came frm u. i missed u too much n remembering u reminds me abt potato salad... tat's why.... lolz... guess someone will b jealous for this... *chuckles*

Ppl...another good news frm the gathering. hehe...my konyaku jelly was so "laku". the "yellow-ish" mango flavor jelly finished eaten in only 20 mins after being taken out from the fridge!!! Pls ppl... imagine how suprise I was during tat moment!!! Do u guys wan to noe how this jelly came frm? i dun care what's your response de... i m blogging this...lolz... Hui Ying n Ai Li, stop laughing yea!!!

okay... hv to thx Hui Ying first... coz she is the one who suggested me to make jelly for the gathering after causing me to struggle for 96 hours on wat to cook for the pot luck thinge... it was 9.30pm after watching my favorite drama n i hv to get my jelly cooked. after searching the whole house, i found ONE n ONLY ONE packet of instant konyaku jelly powder. how lucky I was! Ppl... I found a pot tat is too small for my jelly cooking. the mixed ingredients filled the whole pot until there's no way for me to pour anything extra into it. erm... those who r good in science may b able to guess wat happened when the whole thing boils rite? for those who dunno, this is wat has happened... the whole thing split out frm the pot like VOLCANO!!! eventually, 1/4 of the mixture has gone to the stove n floor. lolz... i messed up the kitchen!!! however, i wasn't tat stupid overall. (berlagak lagi...) i waited for the jelly to become solid n then pull it out frm the stove... guess wat? all the stains went off wit the jelly as well!!! the stove is even cleaner than before!!! hahaha... remember this new cleaning method yea!!! wat did i do wit all these jelly then? of course throw it lar... lolz...

I hv a lot of memorable moments tat r related wit this gathering... especially when i get to meet those who i missed them like years - Adelia, Hui Ying, Kim, Wei Ling, Shanyi, Jay, Han Foong, Kar Wai, Ka Zhen, Alex n Rong Xien. Ai Li n Boon Woei... i hv nothing to say coz we always see each other in college. sadly, Janice, Daya, Michelle, Terry, Wykit, Yaw Yuan, Rong Hao and Shamil cannot make it (did i miss out anyone?). erm... wat else r memorable? oh yea... Hui Ying's pai tee, Adelia's really the oriental mashed potatoes, Ai Li's "perfume like" tea (sorry yea...i m not a tea lover), n yea! Shan's birthday!!! lolz... i still remembered this... mummy called n said she will reach in 10 mins time... then Adelia n Ai Li left our "true, dare or eat" session to prepare the fancy hemisphere mousse cake for Shan. While Adelia hold the cake n walk all the way towards Shan, "happy birthday to u, happy birthday to u, happy birthday to Shan..." Shan was so touched!!! too bad, i went off early... happy belated birthday Shan!

ppl... how many cups of milk do u drink a day? hehe... I managed to drink 4 BIG cups of hot milk a day!!! my big cup can fill 500ml water... hmm... proud of me??? haha... actually, there's reason behind... bcoz of a heavy period, my stomach cramp until i hv to lie on bed all the time. tat's the day before gathering... can u imagine how worry i was as if the pain still continues n i cannot go for the gathering??? i was so panic n the pain made me gave up n just lie on the bed... then i remembered my P.E. teacher once said tat hot drinks do help. i dun like Milo, i dun like tea, i dun dare to try coffee, so... end up making milk. i still remember the question Ai Li headed to me when i told her abt tat on MSN.

"how do u make milk?"

"milk powder..."
